By accessing and using the Coral Gables Vacation Rentals website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Booking & Reservations

All vacation rental bookings are subject to the following conditions:

• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of required deposit or full payment
• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book a property
• Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times
• Valid government-issued identification is required for check-in
• Specific property terms and rental agreements apply to each booking

Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• 30+ days before check-in: Full refund
• 14-30 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund

Individual properties may have modified cancellation policies that will be disclosed during the booking process.

Property Rules

All guests are expected to comply with the specific house rules of their booked property, as well as all applicable Coral Gables city ordinances. This includes noise restrictions, parking regulations, and waste disposal guidelines. Violation of property rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Liability

Coral Gables Vacation Rentals acts as a rental management service. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all property descriptions, amenities, and photographs, we cannot guarantee that every detail will be exactly as described. Our liability is limited to the rental fees paid. We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit amount varies by property and will be disclosed before booking confirmation. Deposits are refunded within 7 business days of check-out, minus any charges for damage, excessive cleaning, or violation of property rules.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, design elements, and logos, is the property of Coral Gables Vacation Rentals and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
